About Ozlogs™

Allan, owner and inventor of Ozlogs™, tells us about his Australian, family-owned company and its revolutionary influence on the landscaping industry.

When did Ozlogs™ start?:            
Ozlogs™ started around 1998.
 
Why?:         
I came up with the idea after completing timber retaining walls around my own property. I was concerned about having to replace them in a few short years due to white ants and wood rot. I thought it would be great to have railway sleepers that lasted like concrete.
 
Production:   
With the Ozlogs™ company growing over the years, a new purpose built factory in Tweed Heads has helped to increase volume so that we now supply Australia wide and overseas to New Zealand, Fiji and Japan.  
Big orders:   
Local councils are now using our products in their landscaping projects. Architects are currently using our products in their designs for major developments like Peppers in Kingscliff, NSW.
